We specialize in both stitched and unstitched designer suits, hand-embroidered garments, and exclusive ethnic collections. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

  • All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, and other secure gateways integrated on our site.
  • Prices may vary for similar items due to variations in fabric, embroidery, or handwork.


4. Orders and Acceptance
  • Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to reasons such as stock availability, errors in pricing, or suspicious transactions.


5. Shipping and Delivery
  • We strive to dispatch all products within the estimated delivery timelines mentioned on the product page.
  • Delays due to courier partners, natural calamities, or unforeseen situations are beyond our control.
  • Tracking details will be provided upon dispatch.


6. Returns and Exchanges

  • We do not offer returns on any products.


    Size exchanges are available subject to the following conditions: 

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. 
    • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
    • Size exchange is subject to stock availability. 
    • Customers are required to bear the shipping charges associated with the exchange process.


    If you receive a faulty or damaged product: 

    • An unboxing video is mandatory and must start from the unopened package. 
    • The fault or damage must be clearly visible and verifiable in the video. 
    •  The exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

7. Cancellations
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed.
  • In case of duplicate payment or error, please contact us immediately.


8. Product Display and Accuracy

We strive to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in screen resolutions and lighting, slight color variations may occur.


9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, images, graphics, and product descriptions, is the property of Khwahish Store and may not be used without permission.
